School Dress Code

The School’s Dress Code applies to ALL students from Pre Primary to Year Six. It is expected that Kindy students will also adhere to the Dress Code.

We have a light blue polo shirt teamed with navy blue bottoms as our uniform. Students need to wear the uniform to school each day. On sports days they can wear their faction shirt to school.

  • Light blue polo shirt with shirt sleeves, plain collar and school logo.
  • Plain navy blue shorts or skirt.

  • Long/short sleeved light blue polo shirt, with plain collar and school logo.
  • Navy blue windcheater or zip jacket with logo.
  • Navy blue shorts or long pants.
  • Navy blue leggings with skirt/skorts over.

Styles of pant specifically excluded by the code as unacceptable alternatives are:

  • Jeans
  • Those frayed or with 'fashion' holes
  • Those embroidered or with patchwork
  • Those with large logos or prints.

Where students do not purchase a uniform jumper, the code requires that any non-uniform jumper be navy blue without visible prints or logos.

For those students not buying a uniform polo shirt it will be required that they wear a standard light blue polo shirt of similar design without prints or logos.

A Faction Polo Shirt in the faction colour and the regular navy blue bottom constitute the Sports Dress Code.

Interschool teams will wear the regular polo shirt and shorts/skirt. Footwear must be suitable for the activity being undertaken.

Footwear must be securely strapped around foot and ankle, or laced up securely, with a reasonably flat sole.

A navy blue “bucket” hat or broad brimmed hat must be worn at all times outdoors. These can be purchased from the P&C Uniform Shop.

Jewellery is not permitted at school. The dress code stipulates that earrings are restricted to studs or sleepers that do not have dangling components that may be a safety hazard. Students are permitted to wear a watch. Make up is not permitted at school.

Long hair (if it goes below the shoulder) must be tied back. This applies to both girls and boys.

All clothing items should be labelled with the student’s name. Lost property items will be returned if they are labelled. However, all other items will be given to charity at the end of each term.
