Sustainability

At West Busselton Primary School we strive to be a sustainable school. We go about this by educating the whole school community on how we can all do small things to reduce the impact we have as individuals on the environment.

Our projects are aimed at minimising waste, recycling and saving money. Each class from Year 1 to Year 7 has it's own individual project (see poster), and we also have several whole school initiatives. Early on in the year we were successful in our application for a $1000 Coles Junior Landcare Grant, which was used to help with some of our projects.

Click on the poster below for a full size version of all the wonderful things that we do.
